Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarship -Fully Funded

 Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarship is a fully funded Graduate Scholarship program launched in 2008 by the Canadian Government to attract and retain world-class doctoral students. And to establish Canada as a global centre of excellence in research and quality higher learning.

This Scholarship is considered the most outstanding scholarship for overseas students in Canada. It was established to see the brightest PhD students all over the world. 

This program is won by students who have demonstrated leadership skills and a high standard of scholarly achievement in graduate studies in the social sciences and humanities, natural Sciences and/or engineering and health.

 

The Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarship is granted yearly to 166 winners who have demonstrated academic brilliance, leadership and research potential. These scholars are often nominated by their respective institutions.

Scholarship Amount: Value of CAD 50,000 yearly for 3 years

Eligible Degree: Doctorate Degree

November 2022 – March 2023	Review and evaluation of nominations.
Early April 2023	Anticipated notification of results. Nominees will be notified by email when the results are available on ResearchNet.
May 1, 2023, September 1, 2023, or January 1, 2024	Payments begin.
